Burgerstory in Galway

The food was quite tasty, but the chicken was a bit odd and rubbery. Unfortunately, the restrooms weren't the cleanest. On the plus side, the service was very friendly, and the place itself was quite nice.

Best burgers we've ever had, delicious beyond expectations, atmosphere was very quiet (considering you're in the middle of town) and comfy. service was great!!

The “hunter’s burger” that I ordered was merely okay, and it was significantly smaller (and had wildly different colors) than the picture on the menu. Any of the staff could take a better (and less misleading) pic of the food with their phone. The staff were friendly, but the burger and some cheesy fries took about half an hour to deliver after I ordered it. Can’t recommend the cheesy fries. Nor would I recommend the substituting “cheese-product” slices for halloumi, which a member of staff asked about twenty minutes after I’d already paid — they said they had no more halloumi, and I said I’d follow the chef’s recommendation, so I suppose the chef approved it, but if it were my own kitchen I think I would serve it without cheese rather than making that substitution. Atmosphere, well, it’s an indoor/outdoor restaurant with little attention apparently placed on the vibe. Not terrible, not great, not a reason to come. Oh, and the restroom sinks only trickle. Bring your own hand sanitizer.

Thank you to our wonderful server Milena for accommodating all of our needs & making us feel welcome on our trip to Galway. My son is a very picky eater and she made sure that all his food came exactly as requested. The food was very high quality, delicious&fresh. We had a lovely chat and I am glad that we decided to come here. Go raibh maith agat!

Tasty halloumi burger. The portion is more than sufficient. Friendly service. It is located in a charming old building. However, because of this, there is limited space to sit inside.

Great food but a bit sloppy to eat. Need gloves or wash hand basin on the ground floor.

We got 2 burger, some fries and chicken wings for takeaway. They were really nice and the portions were a pretty good size. Food tasted fresh and delicious.
