Central location but noisy! Our room facing the street was excruciatingly loud during the night. The source of the noise was a club or pub with noisy guests and roaring cars. Otherwise, the room was clean and OK. Breakfast was poor and lacked freshness. However, the staff was friendly and the service was good.

I can only speak highly of the pub and restaurant. The place is nice but more subdued than a more popular pub. If you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere, I don't recommend it.
The restaurant menu is varied, with Asian and Italian dishes, for example. Typical dishes are also available, including excellent fish and chips. It's perfectly acceptable and at standard prices. The service was a bit slow, but the staff were very pleasant.
Recommended if you're looking for a quiet place and a bit of variety in the food.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The food was delicious! All the little sections/rooms of the restaurant made for cozy, private meals with our large group! In the evenings we took our treats to the common area open space with no problem! Great location just off the city square!

Great hotel with great staff. Eveningtime pizzas are amazing. Beds are so hard it's like sleeping on the floor, breakfast at 930am was rough. The eggs were rock hard and wasn't much of a selection. But over all a good Hotel

Arrived from our ~24 straight hours of travel to learn that our reservation was actually for the next day 😣 but Eleanor at the front desk saved us by going out of her way to call another hotel around the corner and secure us a room for the same rate we would’ve paid at Benners! The hotel itself is also gorgeous, highly recommend it
Benners is a lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of tralee, its so central, we had breakfast and dinner there which were both delicious. The bar was lovely too with lovely cosy little snugs. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were lovely and spacious, would highly recommend Benners if ever you are visiting Tralee.
