Had day 2 of our wedding here in Molly Js on December 31st. Fantastic venue with loads of space and great staff, Ethan is really professional and friendly and made it all run extremely smoothly. Food was some of nicest finger foodbive ever had and we were accommodated in all requests. All of our guests that stayed here said it was a great hotel also. Would really recommend here.

Couldn't say enough about this hotel ,staff friendly and helpful ,food amazing ,bed really comfy ,room lovely and warm ,as a solo traveller ,I was made feel right at home ,bty really christmassy 🥰

Central location but noisy! Our room facing the street was excruciatingly loud during the night. The source of the noise was a club or pub with noisy guests and roaring cars. Otherwise, the room was clean and OK. Breakfast was poor and lacked freshness. However, the staff was friendly and the service was good.

I can only speak highly of the pub and restaurant. The place is nice but more subdued than a more popular pub. If you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere, I don't recommend it. The restaurant menu is varied, with Asian and Italian dishes, for example. Typical dishes are also available, including excellent fish and chips. It's perfectly acceptable and at standard prices. The service was a bit slow, but the staff were very pleasant. Recommended if you're looking for a quiet place and a bit of variety in the food.

04/09/2025: Visited The Pikeman Bar at The Grand Hotel in Tralee during our road trip in Ireland, based on the recommandation in ‘Rough guide’. The bar area and atmosphere was brilliant. I had the seafood platter salad and I was blown away by the freshness and quality of the food. My partner had the rib of beef which was excellent as well. We were so pleased with the food that we returned the next day for breakfast and the full Irish breakfast was fantastic. Amazing value for the price we paid on both occasions. Highly recommend.

02/08/2025: Five of us had breakfast here today. The food was lovely plus the staff were lovely and friendly. We had a dog with us and they gave him water and were very helpful. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Well done.
