One of Cork's best craft beer bars is back to it's best now that all remaining vivid restrictions have been lifted. So good to sit at the bar again whilst trying to decide which of the 31 taps on offer to try.

20/03/2026: thought the name poor relation meant they'd serve you free drink if you said you were poor but alast i had a pint of smithwicks dashed in my face when my peasantries were uncovered.

26/01/2026: Quiet pint and watched some horse racing waiting for wife to finish shopping. Bar staff were grand, chatty and gave some local food recommendations. Lost my bets on the gee gees. Dont tell the Mrs!
