Established in 2006, it has clearly cemented its reputation as a premier destination for craft beer. The primary draw of The Bierhaus is, unequivocally, its extraordinary selection of libations. The sheer volume and variety are staggering, boasting over 220 beers. This includes an impressive 30 draught taps, with a commendable 24 rotating guest lines, alongside a cask option. It is a veritable haven for those seeking to explore beyond the standard offerings. The curation of the beer menu is exceptional. It provides a comprehensive representation of Irish craft brewing, featuring independent producers such as Kinnegar, The White Hag, and 9 White Deer. Furthermore, the international selection is robust, encompassing everything from established European classics like Budvar and Erdinger to cutting-edge craft brands and a strong showing of Belgian ales. For those with a penchant for other spirits, the back bar also houses a very decent whisky collection. What truly elevates the experience at The Bierhaus, however, is the standard of service.
