Cafe Paradiso in Cork

This restaurant was such a beautiful surprise. It has a gourmet vegetarian concept, but the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed, elegant, warm, and romantic at the same time. — the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable. The tasting menu with was delicious, creative, and perfectly balanced. You can really feel the passion and attention behind every plate. It wasn’t just dinner, it was a true culinary experience that we would absolutely repeat and recommend to everyone. The staff looked after our table and took very good care of us from beginning till the ened. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, and a memorable evening overall.

Absolutely unbelievable - the best veggie/vegan food I’ve ever had. Every course was incredibly flavourful and so well considered, and the staff are all lovely too. A faultless experience from start to finish!

From the service to the incredible food, simply perfection

We had a lovely evening! Our daughter and son in law gave us a voucher for Christmas and we’ve been looking forward to using it ever since! The meal was exquisite and the paired wines were perfect, all beautifully introduced by the team. All the dishes were delicious, but the rhubarb dessert was possibly the finest that I’ve ever had in any restaurant, ever!

Genuinely absolutely excellent food and service. By far the best vegan menu I’ve ever had. Laura was amazing and guided us through all our food and wine.

A perfect scoring 5* restaurant in the heart of Cork city. The meal was exquisite, check the photos. Each plate carries it's self assuredly and with each delicate touch the chefs have created an evening like no other. Intense flavours pop here and there just when you wouldn't expect. Service impeccable, subtle and MOST importantly was set at a beautiful pace to let you enjoy the evening whether with a small or larger group. The wine pairings are recommended, although not all out table availed of this yet were still carefully guided on beverages that best suited overall. We never felt like we were waiting or being pressured to get to the next course. You could tell each and every plate was prepared just at the last moment to ensure all were served warm and vibrant. No favourite dish, each a treat like no other. You gotta love that. We did the detour from Dublin/Killarney to Cork to avail of the dining here, we were not disappointed. Google...this is NOT a hotel, get the placement correct!

Whenever we go to Cork we try to get a booking here. (You can always find some excuse to celebrate!). It never disappoints - ‘flawless’ was the word we kept repeating as we left. The flavours are new and exciting but always pleasant. The food looks amazing and the staff are delightful. It’s not cheap but this is high dining without the Michelin star prices.

It wasn't oyster season, so I couldn't eat any oysters, but the fish and chips and seafood soup were delicious.

Fantastic dinner! We booked online 2 months in advance, got confirmation / reminder emails the week before. Dinner was the perfect amount of food, we were very full but not stuffed- didn’t drink with it. Each course was delicious and very different. Service was excellent and it had a great mellow ambiance. Can’t recommend highly enough!!!

Had dinner in Cafe Paradiso last evening which was a very memorable experience. The food was utterly delicious - every single bite, wines totally palatable and the service outstanding. We will be back. Best value we’ve had in a very long time 🙏🙏🙏
