My favourite restaurant 🥰 Sometimes we specially drive from Dublin to Maynooth to visit this marvellous place and eat delicious food. Seabass, steaks, salads, wine, champagne, service, atmosphere - everything is perfect 👍 Looking forward to visiting again!

Yet again, top quality food at reasonable prices. The starters, goats cheese crostini and the minestrone soup were very tasty and well presented. The tagliatelle with chargrilled chicken and wild mushrooms brought together in a wonderful cream sauce was outstanding.

Greeted local Irish friends at Bistro 53. Very nice vibe and the restaurant was full. Service was quick and our order came fast. The sea bass was amazing.

27/01/2025: Place is small but nice. Have been a few times and always seem to find something different to try or sample.
19/01/2025: Gorgeous food, great atmosphere and very friendly staff, though knocked 1 star because several times they were overzealous reaching over, around or between the two of us mid conversation when they could/should have gone to the other side of the table. Would definitely go back!
