Went here for a family members 21st. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, always asking us how our food was and if we wanted more drinks. It was quiet but most likely because of bank holiday weekend lights festival in the centre of the town. Food was delicious and brought out promptly. Staff even helped by bringing out the cake. Would definitely recommend even for casual dinner outing or a group/family event.

Visted here on Saturday evening for a family meal. The beef burger was one of the nicest burgers Ive ever had! Staff were brilliant too and decor is lovely

Food was great as always, The girl serving us, Emma, was absolutely lovely and so attentive to what we asked for, she was a pleasure. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Haven't been to The Black Bull in many a year .. It was lovely to see how nicely it's done up. Lovely decor , very interesting things to have a look at. The staff are lovely. Our booking hadn't been made note of but that wasn't a problem and were shown to a table. The waitress was amazing girl professional friendly funny a definite asset to the place. And the food , Oh my the good was delicious. Was also big portions , we were all full and then finished our drink outside. Lovely little seating area. We had an enjoyable time and lovely food and all in all was a lovely experience Have to say as well the price is definitely fair. Highly recommend it.
