Black Horse in Cavan

29/11/2025: Called in here for a couple of drinks. Atmosphere was laid back but still lively. Lots of families were in to get food so the place was busy. Staff were friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back.

22/10/2025: Lunch often here. Always a special on each day. My only grip so deduct a start is never a Vegetarian Special. Even a salad sandwich & soup or baked potato with something vegetable, or vegetable pizza or baguette. Loads of choices but never seen a special so my food is always full price while he gets the special which is good at €12
