Boru Coffee Shop in Cork

09/02/2025: I love the look and feel of this place. You can step back in time and feel very nostalgic viewing their unique vintage items from beauty items to wine and art. The food menu though is far from vintage, it's modern fresh and full of flavour. I visited for brunch with two friends and we were spoiled for choice. As a gluten free vegetarian it was nice not to need a substitution as they have corn tostados with eggs that were a dream. My friends got a beef birria toastie and then we tried the chocolate brownies and carrot cake for dessert 🥰
