What looks like an old school English cafe is, in realitu, a wonderful Tai restaurant that serbes excellent food. Lovely, attentive staff, and a discount for hard cash. Highly recommended.

I must have driven past this place 1000 times and never noticed it until today. I ordered the pad khee mao for breakfast and was utterly blown away by the explosion of beautifully balanced flavours. The staff here are the most friendly, attentive and welcoming people I've ever met in an eatery and the overall experience was absolute perfection. Bravo!

An incredibly welcoming and friendly atmosphere with exceptional Thai food that never disappoints. The café has a warm, homely feel that makes you want to stay, and it’s become my family’s go-to spot whenever we’re craving authentic, delicious Thai cuisine. The staff are always welcoming, and every visit feels homely. Highly recommended!

I have been eating here for well over 10 years. Thai is my favourite and the food here is much better and more authentic than any Thai restaurant!!! Also the loveliest staff very welcoming and friendly. My favourite place to eat bar none!

We popped in for a late lunch last week. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We ordered shared starters and a main meal each. The food is really good and all home made, everything we ordered was fresh and tasty. The restaurant has a nice, homely vibe and I would definitely recommend for Thai food.

14/09/2025: If you are willing to spend a bit more than the usual price for a breakfast, you can have a truly delicious experience here. Like chef-level type of experience. Not to mention that the place is spacious and luminous, the views are fantastic, the service is top-notch, and you can have a lovely walk through the gardens (and the nun's cemetery too). And learn some history.

19/07/2026: 5 of us had a lovely evening meal here. The restaurant is small but light and comfortable. It was busy even at 18:30 on Saturday evening. To start we had the crab and n’duja bao, duck liver pate, & ceviche. As my main I had the amazing burrata with cucumber and tomatoes with delicious minty pesto-type dressing and chunky chips The others at my table all had the hake and mussels. Everything was fantastic. I had the flourless chocolate cake with boozy cherries and vanilla icecream- OMG it was devine!
11/07/2026: We just had a spectacular meal here. Really delicious food, very nice service, couldn't fault it. We probably ordered too much food (one dish each off each section plus a couple of sides) but every dish was gorgeous! We'll definitely be back!
