Friendly staff and accommodating for a late lunch for a family. Food was lower quality than average however but prepared and presented well. Fish was more batter than fish..

The food is not very good. Little variety. It was cold. The wonderful atmosphere, with live music. Recommended only for the atmosphere.

Always make a point of calling into the Oliver Plunkett when back in Cork, always great food.

I had fish and chips. Good amount of food, but terrible taste. Friendly service, cute place, terrible food. I had a bad experience, I suggest you to order something else.

We really loved the idea of this pub on our visit of cork. Food was beautiful, there's a good early bird deal. Good decor...only thing I'd say is ask price if cocktails before getting. Nearly died 14.50 🙈

During a week long beer drinking holiday in the Republic of Ireland in the 1990s, I went to Cork from Dublin and Galway. The Irish pubs are great. They perhaps even beat us in Britain at drinking beer! I don't think there has ever been an international competition! Pubs are a fantastic part of Irish culture. Virtually everywhere I go in the world, I see Irish pubs.

Wonderful food, drinks, service and reasonable prices. Loved it!!
