One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. More than a hotel, an experience! You can tell the staff are taken care of well and they shine because of it. Brian was particularly helpful and made my stay very special. The hydropool over looking the river is incredible, as are the rooms and the food. Will come back any chance I get!

Wonderful! The hotel was super comfortable and relaxing. We were really well looked after by friendly, helpful, efficient and attentive staff and we enjoyed our stay very much indeed and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
My 15 days stay here was just amazing.
The facilities like gym, sauna, got water pools are very useful.
I had earlier spent 30 days in one of the hotels called Bella vista suites and I had a very bad experience the so moving to this hotel helped me so much.
The staff is amazing and very courteous.
Will definitely want to keep going there.

**Semi-luxury** - a decent 4-star. Stayed here over the weekend, and it was a nice treat, although like most things these days - hugely overpriced. The mattress was firm and generally uncomfortable, which was disappointing; however, the bathroom with its Rituals shampoo/soap was quite nice.
The bar was hosting some undesirables, and the vibe was uncomfortable. Oh, and the best bit... a cocktail... €16 - yikes.
It's no doubt that the hotel's crown jewel is the outdoor hydro pool, which we did enjoy.
In short, good views, great breakfast, okay room, high price.
Would stay again if I wasn't paying!

Had the best day at the Kingsley Spa yesterday sun Feb 25th. We had 2 treatments and time in the new Element suite. Worth the money if you have an extra special event coming up. A special mention to my therapist Dalma who was amazing and to Amy, thanks for looking after us. It was just what we all needed.
