I recently had the pleasure of dining at a charming burger joint located on the first floor of the city center in Portlaoise. After reading some promising reviews, I decided to give it a try, and I was not disappointed. The ambience of the restaurant is incredibly cozy, with dim lighting that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's a perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. I ordered the crispy chilli chicken tenders, a honey buffalo chicken burger, and a kids' meal. The chicken tenders were a standout, with impeccable flavor, spices, and crispiness that made every bite a delight. The honey buffalo chicken burger, while cooked to perfection, was slightly underwhelming in terms of fillings, but still enjoyable. Both the potato fries and sweet potato fries were excellently cooked, perfectly crispy, and paired wonderfully with the accompanying sauces. The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally kind and approachable, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. If you ever find yourself in Portlaoise and are in the mood for some tasty, crispy chicken, I highly recommend this place. It's definitely worth a visit for the chicken tenders alone!

The food was exceptional, especially the hamburgers which were among the best we've ever had. They were flavorful, with high-quality ingredients that complemented each other perfectly. The potatoes were also delicious, very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, just the way we like them. The churros were fantastic as well. Overall, it was a memorable culinary experience that we wholeheartedly recommend.

Lovely Cocktails, Great Burgers excellent

The hamburgers were delicious, extremely tasty all of us went happy home with our choose. Fries seemed bigger on the website photos but for sharing they are more than enough. We didn’t had dessert as we were already full. Nice quality and fair prices. The only issue was that the restaurant wasn’t that full and they took their time to get us the food. Even though that we will repeat the experience for sure!

Best burgers in portlaoise for sure! A real hidden gem. Can’t recommend them enough.
