The best burgers in the midlands !! We’ve been here a few times now and we are never disappointed. The burgers are expensive- €11.50 is the cheapest burger with no fries. However I think it is absolutely worth it. The chicken tenders are also delicious. We will be back again!

Loved it here. The pulled pork burger is to die for. The chips were fab too - i tasted the normal fries & the sweet potato ones. Top class. Quiet at the time we were there. Nice vibes, lovely style

Wow! The burgers here are absolutely fantastic. Smash burgers done right! I've toured 3 smash burger places in Galway and 2 in Dublin and this is top 2, if not top. The Garlic Parmesan fries are unreal also. Highly highly reccomend the burgers!

05/06/2025: I got two lovely hampers for my PhD supervisors for my graduation. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of the stuff I bought was Irish which I really enjoyed since I like to shop local. Brilliant place
28/05/2025: I have been using Grape and Bean for corporate gifting for the last 3 years. And I have no intenetion of moving our business elsewhere!! The service has been first class and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

The Pantry Cafe & Walled Garden - Portlaoise

25/05/2025: Was in a rush and ended up only having about 20 minutes to get a quick bite with a friend for breakfast. Decided to try the pantry for the first time on a whim. Saturday morning and we were seated instantly, we ordered and had our food within less than 10 mins! Service was fantastic. You can pay at your table using contactless which just made it easier for us. Nice fresh food also and this smoothie bowl was delicious.
23/05/2025: Beautiful café with lots of love for the decor inside and out. Delicious coffee and amazing cakes! The waitress was very kind and asked the chef which cake had the least sugar, as we had a diabetic friend with us. We were on vacation driving from Dublin to Cork and stopped here. When paying, we asked for tips on places worth seeing. We received some very nice and excellent tips (Killarney, Rock of Cashel). Thank you very much! Greetings from Germany ;-)
