A gem of a spot in Blackpool. Doorstep sandwiches have generous portions, not to mention all the delicious cakes and breads they make in-house. Staff have always been friendly and professional. I always make time to call to Brackens when in the area.

I went this morning to get a a favourite of mine a Battenberg it’s been a few months but I was shocked to hear when been served that the price is after doubling since last time I was there ,from €10 to €20 now that’s just rip off Ireland , and I know we will be told the cost of ingredients are gone up but a very close competitor still has there’s priced under €10 I’m sorry to say I’m not going back there again it’s way to pricey Update: There was an honest mistake and was charged incorrectly
