Brady's in Maynooth

A quiet night for a few pints, nice bar, great outdoor section. Nice to see a few smaller craft breweries represented.

Good food and nice pints. Not the cheapest of places but overall great quality.

On the way back from Galway to Dublin, I asked the GPS for "Sunday roast" and that led me here. Great choice as the arrival at around 2pm on Sunday meant that they still had everything available. Warmly greeted and brought to a table, a waitress took our order and brought back beer a few minutes later. And then the meal arrived. A thick sliced of roast beef on top of mashed and roasted potatoes with other vegetables. All topped with a rich gravy. The beer was cold, the meal was tasty and there were certainly enough potatoes. Other than the beef being a bit more well done than I would have liked, it was quite good. Inside, the background music was peaceable and this was a pleasant stop for the roast.

I love this place. It's one of very few places where the food is consistently of very high quality. It's tasty and fresh, and the portions are perfect. Great value for money. You are my local even though I live in Celbridge.

Good place to go. We could sit outside as the weather was lovely. Nice staff. Good Guinness.

Great pub with best food and music

Certainly changed a bit the last time I was in here, yonks' ago, but still retains its character and atmosphere. Good crowd in, ordered a few pints of Guinness which were nice. Had a look around at all the local sports memorabilia and photos on display - interesting - the pub do sponsor on occasion the local football and Gaa teams - Good friendly service, and a decent place to have a pint and to relax if ever in Maynooth
