Brasserie in Waterford

11/02/2025: We visited Hotel February bank Holiday to watch game and have meal. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and place spotless. Will definitely return.

07/02/2025: Back when I was working in the city center, 'The New Ship Restaurant' at Dooley’s Hotel became my go-to spot for lunch. It was the perfect place to escape the workday rush for a bit, grab a good meal, and just enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. The staff there were always super friendly and welcoming, making sure everything ran smoothly. Even when it was busy, the service was quick and efficient, so I never had to stress about getting my food in time. Speaking of food, I really loved their soup of the day - always fresh, flavorful, and served with delicious bread. But honestly, everything I tried was tasty, well-prepared, and served fast enough to fit perfectly into my one-hour break. Another small but important detail? The place was always spotless, including the restrooms, which were easy to find and well-maintained - something you don’t always think about until it’s a problem, but here, it never was. Looking back, I really appreciated having a spot like this where I could take a break, enjoy some good food, and just unwind for a bit. If I ever find myself back in Waterford, I’ll definitely be stopping by again!
