02/03/2025: I had the absolute pleasure of staying here this weekend with my daughter and stepsister. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and taken care of. The service has been outstanding. All the team were wonderful. A special mention to Garry, one of the manager's. His attention to detail and professionalism was just outstanding. He was an absolute gem and made our stay so special. Lorcan was also just fantastic and great at his job. He has great energy and is a real asset to the hotel. My stepsister has been staying at the hotel for a number of weeks, as a family member is very ill. The team at the hotel have really helped make her stay easier and taken care of her, above and beyond what you would expect. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Galway. This hotel is super affordable and so close to the city. Thanks so much for a very memorable stay. We will most definitely be back again very soon.
