A very, very cosy pub! Friendly and welcoming people. Quite a few local people visit the pub, which obviously is a good sign! What a pity I'm leaving tomorrow. But sure will come back next time.

A quaint little pub in the heart of the city. A lovely little spot for a round of drinks with mates, however no overhead music playing at all unfortunately.

We came in for an unplanned drink on our wedding day when getting photos taken down shop street on 28.12.24.. The lady behind the bar couldn’t have been kinder to us if she tried. So welcoming and gave us a round on the house, so unexpected! We stayed for a few more til we moved on to the wedding reception. We even met an Irish celeb there too. 😉Cosy and inviting bar. Would recommend.

26/02/2025: Far and away my favorite pub in Galway. Tigin boasts great pints of Guinness, a wide variety of drinks, and food brought in from next door. A cozy, home pub that I was privileged to frequent in Galway. Max is a top notch bartender, who provides excellent service and made my parents feel immediately welcomed on their first visit to Ireland. I am proud to recommend Tigin as a landing spot after a long day in Galway.

Alma Restaurant

07/04/2025: Lovely place to visit. It's right off Eyre square and within a few minutes from Galway city center.
06/04/2025: I went to have a dinner with my husband, and the food was delicious 😋 The customer service was amazing and for sure we will back again. Nice to know we have a such good restaurant in Galway with vegetarian and non vegetarian options.
