What a FANTASTIC chicken burger! Crispy Deliciousness, Perfect. Gona have to try the whole menu.

Was freezing out so we were delighted to stop in for food after train trip to Tralee. Not long waiting in the queue,our order taken quickly and politely,we chose our table and were swiftly served. Food was delicious....I kept moving between the garlic and curry sauce....couldn't finish it all though I wanted to.... excellent value and service....will be back. (",)

Inside restaurant is clean and tables well maintained. Food was piping hot and chips lovely and crispy and served on proper plates when eating in.

Quality to cost is insanely good. Just had a massive feed having ordered the Shack Signature Smash burger. Spectacular would be an understatement. Ginormous burger and extremely generous portion of chips. Both quantity and quality were second to none and given how reasonable the prices were, I still can't quite believe it. Highly recommend this spot for a family feed, casual date or quick solo dining. Will be back. Staff were also incredibly lovely and place was spotless.

24/01/2025: Arrived at this restaurant after walking out of Gallys where we were kept waiting twenty minutes and still nobody came to take our order in an empty restaurant so left.Food was amazing and Service was excellent, very efficient waitresses who were friendly and attentive.Food was beautiful, steak sandwich was very tasty and nice to find a strip loin steak in my steak sandwich and not grizzle like some places ,Guinness was good ,my Partner had Chicken which she enjoyed and everything was served warm and fresh.The cheesecake desert was the only dull moment ,a bit tasteless and if not for the caramel sauce would have been brutal .Nice to come out midweek and get nice decent food and drink with proper service.Menu selection is far superior to Gallys with alot more choice and better value.
07/01/2025: Staff are very attentive and helpfull.good food and fast service.
