We were lucky enough to snag a table without a reservation. The food tasted great but some dishes were on the oily side. Definitely think they do meat dishes better than fish and veggies.

We ordered the Butcher Burger and Surf & Turf, along with wine and beer. The food was excellent, the atmosphere lovely, and the service friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant! Definitely 5/5 stars!

This charming gem of a restaurant is owned by Matt, a passionate cow farmer who raises 250 head of Hereford and Angus beef right here in the local fields. No hormones, no water-pumped fluff—just pure, grass-fed goodness butchered on-site. Matt spent a delightful 10 minutes at our table, sharing how he went from selling his premium beef to the previous owner to impulsively taking the reins himself. His mission? To serve honest, high-quality beef that shuns the bloated, hormone-heavy cuts flooding American menus. It’s all about flavor over flash here, with a nod to classic home cooking.
The vibes are warm, the sides are playful, and the cocktails? Absolute perfection. You have to order the “Cowboy,” a jaw-dropping 14oz bone-in rib eye that’s pure melt-in-your-mouth magic. Service strikes the perfect balance—swift but never rushed. Look up, and you’ll spot the quirky cow bars lining the ceiling, a nod to Matt’s inspiration from another U.S. restaurant, now adorned with hooks holding twinkling lights instead of meat.
Don’t sleep on this hidden treasure—Butcher’s prices are as reasonable as its portions are generous. Trust me, this is a dining experience you won’t forget!

We were looking for a good meat restaurant and after looking at the comments and reviews we chose this one. The truth is that we found the right place. The meat was spectacular and the sauces gave it the perfect touch! We already congratulated the chef at the restaurant but we also wanted to do it here, it is difficult to find meat so well cooked and at a decent price (30-40€). We recommend making a reservation in advance and the place is not suitable for people with high sensitivity to noise. Despite this, we definitely recommend it.

First time to visit and glad to say we had a Great experience. Lovely ambience the steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides were also impeccable. Sticky toffee pudding for dessert was also divine. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Would definitely return.

La hospitalidad es pobre y no podían estar menos interesados en nuestro negocio de principio a fin. Nos dieron cinco minutos para pedir, nuestra comida salió antes de nuestros cócteles, y no volvieron para preguntar si necesitábamos o queríamos algo más que postre. La comida y el ambiente eran generalmente buenos, pero eso casi no importa si sientes que están tratando de sacarte de la puerta lo más rápido posible.
