Honestly, some of the best steak I’ve had. One of the few places where the sides are just as good too. I always go for the cowboy or ribeye and you really can’t go wrong with any of the sides - but the sweet potato fries are especially good. The staff and service are great too, although the music can be a bit loud sometimes

"The best steak I've ever had". I cannot stop telling people about this place! My wife and I were there midweek- very busy. Glad we booked! We both ordered the 10oz striplion.. all the trimmings, mash, chips, veg - we wanted to try everything! Cant fault a thing. Booking was for 7.30. We were welcomed in, seated AND served by 7.45. Very friendly staff. Well done 👏

I will admit that at first I was a bit upset. My husband and I ALWAYS split meals- and not because of money- but because we are not large eaters and it bothers me to throw away food - especially on vacation. We ended up buying two 10 oz. Strip loin steaks ( as they would NOT allow split plates. Period). Along with a side of mac-n-cheese . This meal was the best meal I have had in years. The steak was luscious- no better way to say it. It was prepared perfectly, cut easily with a knife, and the taste was overwhelmingly awe-spiring. The mac-n-cheese a wonderful addition. I couldn’t believe that my husband ate all 10 oz of his steak and I ate all but a couple of bites of mine. AND we ordered dessert!!! We had the vanilla crème brûlée and the key lime cheesecake. When I thought the meal couldn’t be better- it was. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. The service had started to turn my aggravation in the beginning, the meal turned me over, and the dessert as the final strand, sealed the deal. If you are visiting Kilkenny- this is a must visit. Casual dining attire and the steak was 32 euros. How can anything else compare. I wish I’d taken photos however I truly did not expect to be so thrilled.

5 star food, you will struggle to get a better steak anywhere

If you like steak or want a good burger this is the spot for you! .Do try to book in advance. also their cocktails are pretty good with a large selection to choose from. But personally im not a steak person and i just was not in the mood for a burger so i got the chicken. Honestly it just was not for me. I did not like the flavour of the chills and lime & herb sauce with the. Chicken. It felt a bit to bland for my liking. But again thats just me. Im sure many do enjoy it. Also you do have to order sides separately with your main e.g potatoes, veg etc... Service and atmosphere were amazing.

This restaurant is a well oiled machine, operating on all cylinders. Bravo!

Best steak for miles around , reasonably priced aswell. Fitted us both in at the last minute .will definitely go back again

We were a party of 9 with no reservations and they worked really hard to get us seated promptly. Everyone enjoyed the food, my fillet was delicious! The service was extremely attentive and it was a great evening!

Food was amazing. The spicy cucumber margarita was sooo tasty too. Will definitely go back.

Great food. Love the steak. The only thing I dislike was the restaurant manager asked for tips. I think we are in Ireland no USA
