Good place to eat if you fly into Shannon, it's about 2km from the airport, the food is quite varied and good, it's like a motorway service area buffet, you choose what you want and pay at the till, they don't serve alcohol and the price is quite reasonable

Great breakfast, very nice atmosphere

The staff at this place are super friendly and it is a treat to go just for that, but the food is not great. I had lasagne twice and it was full of cheese sauce and not enough meat and NO PASTA sheets at all. There is no option to have a childs portion/ half dinner in anything as not everyone is looking for a builders sized meal. They over charge for food that is not great and nearly all the options are chicken based. Only vegatarian option is "veg" rice but its too loaded with salted soy sauce and is not nice. Its nearly €14 for a bowl of pasta and more for a roast dinner.
