Café Velo in Cork

Very sad that this cafe has now closed down. Breakfast here is excellent quality and value. Very good quality food and at a good price. We will definitely be back here again. It was so nice I had to eat it before I did this review, as you can see from the photo.

Genuiely the best royal toast in cork. The salmon is excellent, supreme, poached eggs amazing, the potatoes are nicely toasted. It is just my favorite, At one point I kept ordering it everyday for nearly a week on deliveroo. Their Croissant is great too ( coming from a french) its crispy and has a nice buttery flavor. The chocolate muffin is marvelous too. The french toast are.. well. Not everything can be perfect but if other people like it, thats good for the place. Anyway. Best toast.

Wonderful, wonderful staff. A wide selection of food choice at good value.
