Cahir House Hotel in Cahir

Nice place to stay in the middle of Cahir, a short walk from the castle and near the path to the Swiss Cottage. Very friendly staff, too.

Great food and service lovely friendly bar too and the rooms are so comfy

It was exceptional and the breakfast method is good you get what you order.

Wonderful hotel especially when they went out to feed fuel protesters. Definitely going to stay here again. Irish people at their best 👌

Really nice hotel! Two of us stayed here for work purposes recently and both really enjoyed our stay. We booked a second night in the hotel separate to the first night due to the job being extended and got to try out different rooms. Both rooms I stayed in were clean, warm and well presented. The beds were comfortable and the rooms contained all the usual amenities a hotel would provide. Tea and coffee etc. The rooms were spacious and modern and the bathrooms reflected this aesthetic. The bathrooms were well lit and clean. Dinner was great both nights. I had the vegetable soup as a starter both nights, delicious. I had the burger the first night and the roast beef the second night as mains. The desserts were amazing. The breakfast options were also really good with a good variety on the menu of cooked to order breakfasts with a small Buffett of juices, breads and cereals. The car park was a bit small but it may have just been particularly busy the day we landed as I noticed noise from the function room when we arrived. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cahir.

Didn’t stay in the hotel but I’ve seen what these guys did for the lads in the fuel protest. They brought out plates of sandwiches and crates of water. Proper community spirit. Well done Cahir House Hotel. Legends.
