Anna at reception was wonderful I love this hotel Excellent location and setting and they nailed it with their reception front of house Anna made everything just perfect

Upscale rooms, difficult to get split beds for two people, decent location away from the crowds and volume of the tourism around it. The service from the two front desk women were amazing and very comfortable lobby area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my night here. The branding and interior is next level, so contemporary and sleek. A real stand out design. The room was perfect, loved the layout so different to the usual hotel room style. The actual interior design experience throughout the hotel was 100%. Had a meal here and drinks - all was amazing.

Amazing Hotel- located in the heart of Dublin and close to every major attraction. Attentive staff. The hotel smells so good. Rooms are well kept too.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Elvira. The room was comfortable and very clean. Great size for a solo traveler.

Heart of downtown Dublin. Trendy, easy to get around in, pleasant staff. Rooms we had was small, but expected. Well appointed and remodeled. Gym, restaurants, public wifi, great lounge area. Not in noisy area of town. Perfect for Dublin visit.

+ the breakfast was nice with many choices available at the buffet. They offer vegan alternatives to several things which is quite nice + the check in process was very fast, the staff is friendly and eager to help - I simply cannot get used to prices in Dublin. I think 220euro per night is too much for what you get (although it was St. Patrick’s day so maybe we just got unlucky with the prices). - the room is quite small and a bit basic. Our room smelled a bit bad.

Excellent location. Staff friendly. Very quiet rooms. Negative. Our room was freezing 🥶 Stayed 3 nights, and I must have asked 6 times to increase the heating as there was none working in our room. Each request was ignored. Only cold air coming from the air conditioner. This was very disappointing. This ruined our stay as the temperature was low and our room was very cold. It was disappointing when we were paying so much.
