25/02/2024: Went here for the 1st time and can’t say I’ll be back. The pub itself is cosy and feels like a real Irish pub with a bit of a modern update. The prices were fair and the food was nice but the service wasn’t the best. The staff were friendly but not on the ball at all. The food took about an hour to come out including a baby bowl. It wasn’t even busy so we weren’t expecting to be waiting that long. Then the waitress forgot to bring fries. As soon as the food was dropped off at our table she ran off. Normally the staff ask is there anything else but this wasn’t asked. I tried asking one of the waiters for the fries but after calling him 3 times he just walked straight past me. Didn’t bother asking again. Based on service alone I won’t be back and family I was with said the same.
