We had our work Christmas lunch here and every one of us loved the food! I heard loads of compliments and "best work lunch ever" comments. The service and attention we received was top quality and I reallyiked the interior space too.

Can’t wait to go back with my wife. I made a booking with Cavistons for a group of eight work colleagues, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and highly professional. They managed our large group with ease, ensuring everyone felt looked after throughout the evening. The fixed menu for a group offered a fantastic variety of choices across starters and mains, which worked perfectly for our group with mixed tastes. Every dish was well presented, the fish was cooked to perfection and steaks were tender and full of flavour. For the quality of the food and the level of service, the evening was excellent value for money and delivered on every level—superb food, outstanding staff, and great value.

Beautiful food, lots of seafood options, sole was cooked to perfection, crab salad to start was delicious, roast potatoes for table were mouth watering if a little sparse, but there was no issue or charge when we asked for more.

Truly excellent food although prices have become very high in the last few years.

A very well-maintained restaurant. There were four of us eating here, and all the dishes were delicious and the portions were more than generous. The vegetarian starter, a tartlet, could have been heated more evenly.

We celebrated my friend's birthday at a place with a lovely atmosphere! 🥳 We couldn't get a sea-view table, but we got a beautiful one with sunshine instead. ☀️ The food was gorgeous, and since we went for lunch, it wasn't too crowded upstairs. The waiter was very friendly! 😊

Excellent seafood served at outdoor space in glorious sunshine. Couldn't fault a thing. Friendly service Didn't feel rushed. Allowed to linger and enjoy perfectly chilled white wine. Planning next visit already.
