Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder in Killarney

Hosted a hen party crafty workshop here recently and the venue was brilliant, Daniel was most helpful with our set up process, so attentive and positive while serving all of our customers cocktails during the activity, and he even helped us clean up after. Totally unnecessary, we really appreciate it. Will definitely consider this venue again in future.

Top class selection of Irish whiskey. As good as it gets really. Some very rare casks if you know what you’re looking for. The flights are decent too. Good selection of world whiskeys on offer as well. Clean, nicely decorated and spacious.

Had a wonderful whiskey tasting here for the family. Learned a lot about the history of Ireland and its distilleries...and tasted some prime brown! Definitely recommend.

Craft beer was lovely. Very nice seafood chowder. Chicken wings were disappointing. Staff and venue were great.

Absolutely super. Great food, amazing drinks menu and superb staff. Really surprised it wasn’t packed given how good everything was. The locals need to wake up a little bit as this place is a real gem in the middle of Killarney.

We chose this bar because it rightly boasts a huge selection of whiskey, and as a Scotch whisky enthusiast, I wanted an expert introduction to Irish whiskey. And that's exactly what we got: After some excellent advice, we had an Irish Single Malt Flight (for me) with three superb whiskeys and one good one, and an Irish Gin Flight (three great regional gins). We also enjoyed the Soup of the Day (a very tasty carrot and ginger soup) and three different mini-burgers. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Excellent. We had a fantastic meal. The seafood chowder was incredible, and the cheese and charcuterie board was huge and delicious. A lovely place. I highly recommend it. Very good service.

Walked in with our son to have a drink and for husband to do whiskey tasting. What an absolutely amazing place! An outstanding amount and variety of scotches/whiskeys. Lots of different beers on tap. Many unique cocktails. Also a gin bar in same place! HIGHLY recommend. Beautifully decorated and stylish atmosphere.
