14/09/2024: An updated review, as of the last few visits the quality of food has improved from the previous review, it's now approaching the standard it used to be before which was great. Portion sizes are fair and the fresh cod and chips, as an example, were both fresh and tasty with the cod being well cooked, crispy batter and not dry inside. The chips were very good and not dried or stale. Pies used to be nice but they replaced them with smaller pies with no fillings inside. Would recommend for fish and chips or the chicken meals perhaps. The chicken bites can still be a lottery in terms of size of portion and quality. Overall, positive, if the current standard remains then I'm sure my review will improve again. Review updated 14/09/24
