Chilli lounge in Cavan

Called in to find very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and a lovely menu. Food was lovely but not quite spicy enough for us. Portion size was spot on and we will know to order something spicier next time

Exceptional food and service. One of the best Indian meals we have had. Visited while staying in Farnham and will most definitely return.

Don’t be shied away by the entryway. Inside is an exquisite array of dishes to satisfy your culinary curiosity. Chilli Lounge is at the top of my list for Indian food! We ate there Sunday for the second time and my meal was just as fantastic as the first visit. The service issue the first day must’ve been a fluke because Sunday they were on top of everything. I ordered LAMB BALTI and it was perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth, buttery smooth and oh so flavorful! Their Naan with garlic and cilantro is well seasoned. They don’t skimp on the real garlic. Finishing the meal with sorbet is a delightful treat. Smooth, crisp, tropical with a hint of citrus. It freshens the palate and sends you off feeling refreshed and sated but not overly full. I can’t recommend Cilli Lounge enough. I’ll be back the next time I’m in Ireland!

Great food, nice decor and friendly helpful staff. Lots of choice on menu including choices for vegetarian and vegan. Central location in town with public paid carpark on hill behind

Amazing food and staff, highly recommended

When we went into the restaurant it was early evening so I here was not many people in there but when I went into the bathroom there was no toilet roll. The food was ok but overcooked. Service was good but as said earlier there was not many in to eat. Staff was very nice and we were offered a free plate of chips . Nice place but the food was basic

My partner and I went to celebrate our anniversary as a walk in however the service was so good you would’ve thought they knew it was a special occasion. The great service was complemented by the delicious food and complimentary extras which went down a treat. Great value for a fantastic meal only wished we weren’t in Cavan as visitors and could frequent this lovely restaurant more often.

Got takeaway tonight, they gave me free portion of chips and popadoms. I asked for cutlery and the man behind the till give me cutlery and a plate, very nice service. Food was tasty.
