A free bottle of Coke or prawn crackers on orders over €30 or €60 might sound enticing, but it’s completely unrealistic. These token "perks" feel more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine gesture of appreciation for loyal customers. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least deliver on the small extras without making customers jump through hoops. China Kitchen may have quality food, but the overall value leaves much to be desired. If they want to keep customers happy, they need to revisit their pricing and service approach. Until then, it’s hard to recommend wholeheartedly.
