Atmosphere and staff were both very good here. The food was disappointing. It's a nice bar to go to for drinks, music, a fun atmosphere. The curry we ordered had a nice Thai green sauce but the chicken was so tough! It wasn't pleasant.

Had the fish and chips and some cider which was great! The service was slow but there was one of the best performers I’ve heard in a pub to entertain us while we waited. Aaron O’Sullivan is his name and he definitely made this 4 star place into a 5 star place.

Great pub. Went there on a busy Saturday night. Long queues at bar counter waiting to be served drinks.One male bar tender was well on top of his job,fast and friendly. The rest were floundering,didn't know their a%#£ from their elbow! Probably never will, but they will look nice and think their cool!

Now Clancy’s is served carvery, weekdays as well! And it’s possible to take half a portion of the main course.

I love this place their fish and chips are amazing, cocktails are fairly priced and they have live music and the band is really great! It’s my go to place on the weekends. Always a lively place!!

Very nice pub that was very busy inside when we visited. Food was delicious however staff weren’t as attentive as would have liked and some food was forgotten. Overall a lovely experience and would go back

Alot of new staff, older staff need to spend time training up new staff, big fall down on this. To many given out orders not enough staff to take orders from older staff. Needs work on floor staff Food 100%.

17/02/2024: Popped in here tired, hungry and gross after 3 hours on the bus. Staff were so kind and professional. Food was just delicious and the coffee was lovely and smooth. Just what I needed.
04/02/2024: I ate here on a bank holiday Sunday night when everywhere was packed. I was lucky to get a table here. I was on my own, and really enjoyed reading my book in the busy restaurant with really kind, attentive staff. The food was really good. Everything was tasty and piping hot. The service was prompt but I didn't feel rushed. It was lovely from start to finish. 3 courses including tip, a cocktail, glass of wine and coffee it was €70 which I thought was very good value.
