Classico in Galway

Excellent restaurant. Huge menu, something for everyone. Service was very good. I had the spaghetti al amatriciana and it was fantastic. I’m not an expert in Italian cuisine, but seems very authentic. It’s a good sign when they’re speaking Italian in the kitchen.

Is it really tasty or is it more sour? Yes large selection

Very friendly service and absolutely delicious food and coffee. Just off Eyre Square, so excellent location to and from the many B&Bs on College Road.

Does not look that appealing from the outside but the food was very very good

Quiet atmosphere with music so low it felt a bit awkward to talk. Service was friendly but missed small details—like enough cups for three people and no ice in the water jug. Food was great value for the price: pasta had excellent flavour and texture, and pizza was tasty (though could be crisper). Nice touch having hand cream in the bathroom, but there were no signs and the light was off when we went in.

Very rich and we also left very full.
