Stayed with my Daughter in Clayton Cork on 6th Feb from the time we arrived we were treated so well … everything was perfect …. The staff made the stay thanks to Kerry & Anna but a special 5 star mention to Emma you were amazing and it’s refreshing to see someone with such good customer service skills you really made us feel special …. We will def be back

Rooms were average - we had a view of the indoor “courtyard”, and only half the outlets worked. Buuuuuut the staff was incredible and completely made up for any downsides. Especially Julisto from the bar🩵

176 euros per night is not for everyone's wallet, hotel owners take advantage of the lack of hotels in Cork to charge whatever they want and no one does anything to protect the consumer, how many people would love to come and visit Cork but don't come because of the room prices.

I stayed in the Clayton Hotel Cork City for one night and it was a fantastic hotel for a night. My bedroom was very big and clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay in this hotel again if I visit cork. My only negative thing was my room was too warm. I understand it's cold outside but my room was too hot.

We stayed for just one night, but I have to be grateful for all team. Costumer service was excellent! In every single things were requested or asked the staff were able to help or manage. Reception, Coffee Dock, Breakfast, Line Porter and Globe Bar, Kitchen, our calamari as a starter was really good, a special mention for Dilan at the Bar, she was pleasantly and friendly. Really thanks to you all! Well done!
