Clayton Hotel Galway in Galway

Stayed for new years eve with 2 grandchildren and in there room were selecton boxes and colouring books from santa they were delighted we spent the night in bar and everyone got a drink of bubbly to see in the new year it was the little things that made it extra special

Hotel was perfect, we had dinner in the bar which was amazing, hotel room was nice we got an upgrade when we arrived to a very nice room. Highly recommend

Very nice stay in the Clayton Galway recently. I had read reviews of other people getting some chocolates for kids in their rooms but we didn’t get any of that. Had to ask for towels the second day. The room was very cold when we first got there and it wasn’t until the next day it really heated up. The shower kept going from roasting hot to freezing cold which was tricky to manage with 2 young kids. The staff were very nice, the food was also very good. Breakfast set up is great, lots of variety. Pool was lovely and heated so we used that one of the days. Would stay again. Thanks so much…

Stayed here for two nights in November as we were visiting Elf Town with our two small kids. Great hotel, great food and we ate upstairs in the restaurant which we could not fault the food, I can't think of the girls name who was our waitress but she was attentive and just brilliant at her job, Caroline the manager was brilliant to deal with, wishing her the best of luck at being a first time mommy , we most definitely will be staying here again!

Stopped in for dinner (didn’t stay overnight) and had a fabulous meal. The experience was made even better by the friendly, welcoming staff. Caden and Zino were especially helpful and genuinely lovely. 12 out of 10!

Lovely hotel and food was unreal

+ easy parking + very friendly employees, i.e. it was very easy and fast to get an updated invoice after return to home + Bistro with good food and drinks, makes it easy to spend an evening in the hotel + close to Galway business facilities + good prizes - Fitness room opens very late therefore may hardly be used by business travellers in the morning - room service missed to fill up instant coffee

It’s good hotel, a bit outside the town centre. The food is great, the rooms are hotel rooms but the staff are outstanding.
