Cliff House Hotel in Ardmore

Went for spa and it was not the 5 star experience I expected. There is a lack of attention to the client in the spa that is disappointing. Will go back for lunch but not the spa.

All the rooms as sea view, witch is pretty amazing. Restaurant/coffee as aslo a terrace with a sea view looking at Ardmore beach and Quay.

Absolute blast. House restaurant is a destination itself. Delightful visit. Totally worth steep price. Interiors are a bit worn but it doesn't spoil impressions as kept immaculate.

About the House restaurant Great tastes. Tuna tartar with mint shades is fantastic. Every dish is unique. Rhubarb dessert is the best what can happen with rhubarb. Profiteroles as part of petite four are the best ever. Many thanks to the chef. About the Aran suite The double shower stall with the sea view and underfloor heating in the bathroom of the suite room makes time in the hotel extremely nice in any weather. Coffee machine with whole beans in the suite. About spa-area Spa-area of the hotel with THE VIEW is the incredible upside of this hotel. Both dry and turkish saunas spacious and comfort. The outdoor jacuzzi is really enjoyable.

What a hotel. What a location. From the valet to the receptionists to the waiting staff, we felt very welcomed. The pool and spa facilities are wonderful, with an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Before checking in we walked the 4KM cliff walk that leaves from right beside the hotel. The hotel has a lot of onsite amenities; Golf tee box (with environmentally-friendly golf balls), Seaweed Baths, Pool, Jacuzzi, access to the sea via a rock pool, ping pong table, Library for reading (with books available) Bar serving food and drink (the most delicious Sticky Toffee pudding), Michelin Star Restaurant & a lounge to name a few.

always love the cliff House but was not impressed by being charged 4.50 for tap water that was a bit OTT.
