Coffee Cove in Cobh

Perfect little coffee shop with the most tasty coffee and even better yet, the best scone I have ever had. My husband and I were ordering coffee “to take-away” and as we were waiting, I read a clever sign that said: “scones so fresh, they were still flour at 7:00 AM” ! Of course it piqued our interest, we ordered a scone (original) and sat down to enjoy it all. I have to say, the scone was the freshest I have ever tasted. It was perfectly baked, light and fluffy in the inside and the right amount of crispy baked bits on the outside. Let me not forget the clotted cream on the side. If you are ever in Cobh, do yourself a favour, make your way over to the Coffee Cove, order a coffee (or tea), a scone and enjoy a delectable moment surrounded by local and historical momentos.

The raspberry scones, clotted cream, and cream cheese were so delicious. The price is reasonable too. This is a local restaurant where I was happy because the coffee was delicious. I'll definitely give it to you next time I go to Cove.

Fresh, light, beautiful scones that are some of the best anywhere. Don't skip the cream and jam, and if you're outside, watch out for the local rooks that also love the scones. Coffee and tea is excellent, and the staff are on a first name basis joking and chatting with the locals - says alot about this awesome place.

Went on visit to Cobh .. popped in here. No seats inside so we sat out side but as soon as table came available we moved inside Staff were lovely The atmosphere was welcoming We ordered full Irish breakfast ..it was delicious. Thick doorstop slices of bread Tasty sausages Just fantastic

The prices in Cobh are what they are. The breakfast was delicious, and the toast was larger than we're used to. We only missed a bit more jam (4 packets of butter versus 1 of jam) and a bit more variety (they only give you one flavor and don't ask).

Honestly the best sandwitches i have ever eaten in my Life! Truly amazing, just like the service really kind people and the prizes are honestly too low, i would easily pay 5 euros more for the quality of food you get there i can only highly recommend eating here if you are in Cobh!

Excellent cafe in the middle of Cobh waterfront. Amazing coffee, so good , I had two 2 decent mugs. White untoasted sandwich of chicken tikka. The bread reminded me of " milk bread" of yester year. It was so soft & palatable, it shouldn't be toasted. Frank, the owner has really captured the essence of a good cafe.

Visited Coffee Cove and loved the warm, cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The scones and latte were great and the seating is perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to Roan, definitely will back again!

Dropped in on a Sunday afternoon, seated at the front window. Nice view of the water / harbour. Girls liked the spiced chai and Hot Chocolate, beverages. Soup was good ! Quiet cafe / bistro type interior and environment.
