05/10/2026: Traditional Irish bar alongside Cork Harbor, one of the largest natural harbors in the world. The bartenders were the nicest you'll ever meet. I'd move to Cobh just to drink at Kelly's every day.

03/10/2026: Brilliant pub with great Atmosphere. We visited after staying overnight on a trip on MSC Virtuosa. Staff were all very welcoming. The live music was great. There are lots of hooks for coats under the low shelving around the pub Fab evening thanks to everyone at Kelly's. Highly recommend you visit. 🍻

23/08/2026: We ordered food for a family gathering including a birthday cake. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful especially considering we had several coeliacs to cater for. Birthday cake, gluten free cake and the party food were absolutely delicious - highly recommend Ellen’s.

08/09/2026: This bar/restaurant has real character! The service is Irish-style, with a smile, professionalism, and a relaxed atmosphere. The food is good and smells homemade. The scones are amazing. Thanks to the waitress with the tattoos!

06/10/2026: A nice cafe that serves Irish breakfast and good coffee. The only downside is the cooking smell and very poor ventilation. Overall, I recommend it.

28/09/2026: I come here once every few weeks, and I have not been unsatisfied once since I started coming here (March 2026, 6mo ago) The gelato is fantastic, I usually get the kinder bueno sundae. The staff members are always very friendly. Whether you’re a local, or a tourist, getting gelato at this shop is something you will not regret. I’ll see ye again soon!!

20/09/2026: What a lovely pub! I popped in on my own for a drink, and it quickly turned into three hours of great conversation with people at the bar. Wonderful atmosphere!

13/06/2026: We loved this bar! The owners were warm and very welcoming! We ended up going here three or four times during our visit to Cobh. We tried going to a couple of the other bars in town, and did not experience the same warmth. Paul, the owner, was awesome! You couldn’t ask for a friendlier place!

03/10/2026: If I could give minus stars for the atmosphere I would. Dreadful experience here today with my family. They are sitting on a brilliant location and disappointed with the whole experience. Music was unbelievably loud, very overstimulating for myself and my two young children. Pity they don’t listen to their customers request to turn down the noise especially when I asked three different members of staff kindly to turn it down a notch or two. Food menu very poor for children.

17/10/2026: When I walked in the door, I said "wow" because of a beautiful restaurant with amazing views. Straight away a waiter (restaurant manager ?) dealt with us swiftly and professionally. What a beautiful restaurant, over the water with an outside waterside terrace. Sliding doors for when the weather is bad. While reading the menus, a waitress asks if we would like a drink. Perfect question while deciding what we will choose. This is the kind of restaurant service that is becoming rare in Ireland. Drinks arrive and we are ready to order. Perfect timing all round. I would expect to pay a premium price for the professional service and the location, but no ... the restaurant price point is the same as any normal restaurant. This was a lovely experience. Thank you.

02/09/2026: Absolute seod of a traditional pub in Cobh. Properly cozy atmosphere, locals and staff who actually seem happy you’re there, and then there’s Candy the dog—who immediately becomes the main event and steals the entire show. Pints poured like they mean it, solid craic, and one of those rare stops that sticks with you. Perfect if you want to dodge the cruise ship tourist crowds. Easily one of the best in town.
