Titanic Bar and Grill in Cobh

We only stopped for a drink. Very nice terrace and a great selection of beers 😁

We were there within an hour of closing. That may have had something to do with the level of service. The food was excellent. The seafood chowder was divine.

Walked all the way down the hill just to find out their card machine is broken and suggesting to "use an ATM nearby". Didn't feel like paying a foreign ATM fee. It looks like the sign has been there a long while. Went somewhere else for dinner.

We were four plus two baby's and had a nice experience, although it seemed they were not used to have babys (e.g.: don't put a beer in front of a baby). The atmosphere of the place is amazing, with all the looks to the Titanic and everything. Probs see generous. The food was good but it could be better with the price tag.

Had a really tasty meal here while in Cobh would recommend it friends. Had the seafood chowder to start and the portion size was massive but also delicious and went fish and chips as my mains which was also really good. I did struggle to finish it but only because of the generous portion sizes

Themed environment, decorated with items... Belonging... from the Titanic's passage. Last stop in the city of Cobh... Before the sinking... At the bar after... Presentation of the menu... we place our order... Fish and Chips... and tomato risotto with grilled fish...

I think i had the best soda bread so far. We only had soups and pints but we enjoyed our stay. We took pur drinks outside to enjoy sun at the beergarden. Very lovely!

Being here many times and will continue to !

Visiting Cobh for the connections to Titanic and Queenstown. Of course had to try the restaurant attached to the very building that marked the beginning of many a long and possibly final journey for so many, the White Star Line building. I'm not sure what I expected to see inside, but was a little sad at the lack of links back to White Star Line or Titanic. The place clearly has aimed at a young vibe and bringing people through the door at weekends and the like and I totally accept that. The 'heartbreak pier' is just outside and this is a huge part of Ireland's history. The service was reasonable in speed and very friendly and the food was again, reasonable. I wasn't amazed at any of the dishes we tried but did enjoy the prawn pil pil, not so much the whipped feta. Presentation was not a strength. The burgers were tasty enough as was the sea bass but overall it was hard to suggest that this was anything above average on this sitting. A three star rating would be fair but I have added one for the historic links and being in the building that so many people walked through on their way to a new life. #familydadventures

Alan and the team are basically food rockstars in cobh. Every single meal is better than the last !
