The best restaurants in Cobh

22/04/2025: The best institution in this category! We ordered food, the staff is very friendly :) I ordered a sprite, I was asked at what temperature, dietary or not, and so on, and at the end, during the confirmation of the order, they brought out all kinds of sprite and 7up that they had so that I could get what I needed, it really surprised me, because not every establishment has such care for visitors! Thank you very much for the good service ❤️ The food was also good and tasty, which once again surprises me and forces me to thank you once again for everything they gave me, there were no problems with payment and taste, that's why 5 stars for sure The atmosphere is very friendly, all the tables are clean and new, the floor is dry and washed, the windows too Once again I want to thank everyone for such care in front of visitors <3

08/01/2025: Absolutely brilliant - we were so impressed, we had kebabs, Singapore noodles, beef in black bean and house specials. Fresh, hot and tasty.

24/04/2025: Here today had a few meals with family, a bit overpriced for the meals like all Supermacs, nothing much to write home about, not a fan of these places but was in a pinch today.

19/02/2025: im 14 years old, was on my way back from a friends house at around 8:30 and wanted to look at the pizzas next door to supermacs. walked in the supermacs door and turned left to papa johns where there was a sign (i assume to stop people going through) but i had not eaten in papa johns before, so i brushed past it by a step and leaned to se the menu. “oi oi” a member of staff was yelling. i turned and he was shouting saying the floor was wet and i had to order at the main till. i’m not from cobh as i, visiting t family so i don’t know anything about this supermacs or the way it works. i was not happy with how i was treated and so i walked out and you lost a young innocent customer for being rude under a misunderstanding. not very pleased as i like supermacs, won’t be going there again.

13/02/2025: A lovely place to have food and drink. Highly recommended.

07/01/2025: The service was good and the waiters very well dressed. The food was tasty and the soup really delicious.

01/05/2025: Had a really solid spice pack, good portions all round. Nice service Clearly a favourite to the locals

25/04/2025: Horrible service, we were waiting for our delivery for hours. Be serious

13/05/2025: We were visiting Cobh from Maryland, USA yesterday and we decided to take a detour up to a small grocery store. Across the street we saw this pub and we were immediately drawn to it. We spent so much time talking to the locals and the kindest woman behind the bar Pauline! Such a wonderful woman that pours a pint better than anyone you will ever meet. We will be back one day. Guaranteed.

09/03/2025: No longer family owned. The atmosphere is not the same.

01/05/2025: The food is amazing, but I must say the girl that works at the front desk is so sweet and nice to talk to, very good attitude, the building itself could be cleaner

07/12/2024: The shredded chicken is very tasty and crispy! The king prawn toast is also super delicious! So yummy and crispy! Definitely will come back!

26/11/2024: Absolutely filthy premises. From entrance door on the ground floor, up the stairs and in the large room where you must stand to wait for your order. A curtain is used to hide the kitchen from the customers. This is filthy and when it was pulled back I could clearly see upright glass door and full door fridges which all had items of clothing or other non food or kitchen related items in top of them. I didn't once see the lady who took my order wash her hands after handling notes and coins. Hand washing should be a priority and it should be visible to Joe and Josephine public to witness, in order to put our minds at rest. In my dish I found the nib of a biro (pen). I telephoned to inform them and was offered another meal. I have never returned and I never will.
