28/05/2024: Very colorful little town, very sloping. Often lively. Unmissable passage when you pass near Cork.

18/02/2024: Definitely a must visit if you are in Cork. It’s a lovely destination with one of the stops (the only stop) in Ireland for the titanic which is absolutely amazing

06/08/2023: My husband and I had a fantastic coffee experience at PickaBean yesterday. The quality of their coffee was absolutely exceptional, leaving us thoroughly impressed. Highly recommended!

02/07/2024: Ordered a takeaway. The chicken in the was barely cook and of very poor quality. Would never order again. Rang too complian. They didn't care . Horrible meal and service.. DO NOT ORDER

26/03/2024: Order was incomplete and quality was poo. It was cold, and the fish portion was a joke. It ended up out for the birds. Won't go back again, and wouldn't recommend it.

30/09/2023: Booked the Cobh Ramblers bar for my son's birthday party. Originally this was with a gentleman whom after speaking with convinced us to secure the booking. However a month later we contacted him to pay the remainder of the booking only to find out he was no longer associated with Cobh Ramblers. This was strange as he spoke of renovating the bar and seemed dedicated to the work. So we arrived on the day to an elderly lady. She opened up the bar later than originally agreed. We were supposed to set up the space ourselves, however she frequently intervened and pushed her way of decorating across us. Later that evening this lady was still there behind the bar. Again she frequently pulled one of us aside throughout the day as we were trying to entertain guests. Also the place smelled of urine, it was not cleaned appropriately as promised by the gentleman. Finally, she helped herself to a fine serving of food that was delivered to the premises without asking. We paid for the hall, she could of asked at least! When the cake was cut she asked for some, but we were struggling to give everyone some. We did however have a dozen cupcakes and although these were expensive we said she could take one instead of the cake. She proceeded to take three and we didn't notice immediately as it was busy. We later asked her about it and she said she was told to take "some" a quarter of the box is what she took! Needless to say this woman imposed herself upon ourselves and the guests and if we met with her from day one instead of the earlier gentlemen wouldn't have booked with cobh Ramblers. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone particularly if that member of "staff" is working there.
