The best restaurants in Cobh

21/10/2024: Very authentic Irish pub. The landlord was very welcoming. There are some great artefacts on display and the prices are extremely reasonable. Well worth a visit if you're in Cobh.

16/10/2024: Best pub in town and we had an amazing time meeting the locals who were so welcoming of our dog Kinley. We were lucky to meet local legends Buster and Julie who played an amazing set and also made us feel so welcome.

09/10/2024: We stopped there off our Regal Princess and had a fantastic time. Wonderful entertainment, great bar staff, friendly+++, and nice cold beer! A beautiful memory from a great little coastal place. Loved it here!!!

09/10/2024: I ate a delicious cake there, Gurr, which is a cake with raisins...and I drank a cappuccino, which was very good, and the staff was helpful. The catering is in the form of a cafeteria.

28/08/2024: This is a small cafeteria in the Cobh Heritage Museum. Self-service. All Food homemade. I had a “spiced cauliflower soup”. Very fine taste. The seating is in the front part of the museum. It's a very nice atmosphere, bright, light-filled and spacious.

10/08/2024: I asked for a thin based pepperoni pizza and honestly it was the tastiest pizza I’ve ever had! Delicious. Highly recommend!

30/09/2024: I got chicken chow mein and to tell you I could have made it nicer and cheaper at home is saying something and I'm not Asian. We were on a wkend break with the girls and one of use collected to order for us. We'll the noodles were way over cooked and the chicken looked as if it was thrown in and that's all I had. So sauce as it was so so thick on soggy noodles that it was a dry sickening meal to eat. I wasted €10 on that crap when I could have made it for half the price at home. No more takeaways for me as they are not worth it anymore. The food outside has gone so far down hill in quality and taste that its not worth it. My friends meals were nice but I'm not taking that chance. No vegetables not even onions just noodles and chicken. This was only on Friday 27th September 2024. I had to throw the whole thing away as it was so disgusting I wouldn't even feed to a rat, he probably wouldn't eat it either come to think of it. No point in doing the place up to dish out crap food. Very disappointed customer here. I only gave one star out of politeness otherwise in my option of what I received they don't even deserve that as I've eaten there many a time and it was delicious but food is gone to he'll in a hand basket since 2020. There isn't many good and nice food places anymore. It's a pitty.

10/10/2024: Ok for a quick bite This was our first day in town and we wanted something quick so we could start exploring. I ordered a burrito bowl which was good. The portion was plenty and could have served two with a side for each. I would have liked it more if it was spicier than it was. My wife just had chips and queso. She thought the queso was a little grainy and didn't eat a lot of it.

04/10/2024: Found this place by chance while in Cobh for a few days and ended up eating here every day! Food is delicious and reasonably priced and staff are super friendly. There are options to sit outside and people watch or inside, with plenty of room upstairs. Highly recommend a visit. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Cobh.

13/09/2024: Stefano knows exactly what he is doing and produces an absolutely beautiful pizza popped in for dinner as a result of reading Tripadvisor not disappointed it was absolutely excellent not many people in which was surprising for Thursday night but it’s a very small place but doing a massive takeaway business if you get the chance, just go you’ll never eat a better pizza

23/03/2024: My wife and I had breakfast here at the recommendation of Erin at the Titanic Museum. Everything we ate was perfect, and the service was so fast! The next time we’re in the area we’ll definitely be stopping by again

17/09/2024: Waste of 40 euro. The chow mein was slimy, the sweet and sour sauce had been made with vinegar and the curry sauce was...well It was disgusting. The only good thing was the chips. WONT BE BACK!!

25/08/2024: Very friendly. Large portions and definitely freshly made and low in fat. Requests were addressed. We eat very satisfied! :)

10/10/2024: Try the mushroom soup We came here on a busy night and didn't have reservations, but they fit us in without much of a wait. I had the steak sandwich which was good. My wife had the mushroom soup and it was excellent. Service was very good.

05/10/2024: This very tasteful bar is located in the Commodore Hotel. High-quality furnishings, trained service staff, a friendly welcome, comfortable to feel good. The menu is clear, but everyone will find something here. I had the Chicken Kyiv, my partner had the curry. Both excellent. The price-performance ratio is right here. Gladly again.
