28/05/2026: Clean. Lots of different options for the number of beds in each room. Great view of the bay and cathedral

12/05/2026: Very good accommodation. Nice Chinese restaurant within the hotel. Easy walk to the harbour. Rooms were quite clean and the person on reception is friendly and gives local recommendations. We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved our stay.

24/07/2026: Great place to relax and have a drink. We perhaps made a wrong choice of Irish Coffee - not a fan, but don’t think that’s about this bar in particular. Having said that, great staff and service who went the extra mile to get us our order. Decent seating space inside and a patio outside where people relaxed. If you have a car, then you can park along the street. Definitely recommended.

06/05/2026: Kinsale started to fill in quick, so I decided to move on and swing back through Cobh to catch anything I might have missed the first time. The drive over was easy enough, but finding a spot near the water took some patience. Once I got settled, I ducked into The Mauretania, a small, no-frills pub that felt like it had been there forever. Ordered a Jameson with lime and ginger ale and took a seat. Simple drink, but it hit right, gave me a minute to reset and get my bearings before heading back out. Felt like the right call stepping away from the crowd and easing back into a slower pace.

27/01/2026: Excellent! Very good food and very reasonable prices, with a splendid view, of course. If we ever return to Cobh, we will definitely go back to "Quays Bar & Restaurant".

18/05/2026: Very good scones! We went to cobh to do tourism and found this place anc it was so good. The coffee is amazing and the scones were very tasty. The staff were also very nice. Cozy place for a rainy mornning

25/07/2026: No fuss takeaway/restaurant ( we sat in ) and the food was excellent. Clean with fast service. Allowed us to buy alcohol in the off licence and drink it in the restaurant. Great staff especially the young girl that served us. Would definitely recommend. Stephen and Suzy

13/07/2026: Coffee was ok not anything special. Little bit expensive and service wasn’t great. Staff was cold and not welcoming.

03/07/2026: Quaint little coffee shop with lots of hot and iced options. They even make frappes. Didn't get any food but they had lots of options for that too, which all looked delicious. The cappuccino was perfect. Highly recommended!

15/05/2026: First time Ordered Chips cheese curry have to say portion size is absolute misery put into a tiny cartoon not a real chipper can't fault taste but for €6:70 could be better portion size ..

28/06/2026: I ordered a "make your own pizza" with bacon, chicken, onions, sweetcorn and asked for BBQ sauce base that I didn't get. I felt fine for 6 hours or so and vomited just under half my stomach that night outside my cousin's window because of me not being prepared to vomit. I was feeling sick for an hour or so but not to the point of vomiting. Would not recommend ordering meat from here.

24/06/2026: If you're looking for fresh ,tasty and quick food this is the place you should go for. Absolutely brilliant .

01/06/2026: We chose this place based on the reviews, but we shouldn't have. Although the pizza was made on site in front of us, the quality was like a frozen pizza. The dining area itself is in a secluded windowless part, with zero atmosphere. There is only one toilet, and you can't even close the door. At least the service was nice.

26/05/2026: Food is decent in fairness. Staff friendly and accommodating. I would imagine the best pizza 🍕 in Cobh.
