Get takeaways from here regularly and have never had a bad experience. The food is amazing, tasty, and the portions are so generous. Orders are always correct.

No fuss takeaway/restaurant ( we sat in ) and the food was excellent. Clean with fast service. Allowed us to buy alcohol in the off licence and drink it in the restaurant. Great staff especially the young girl that served us. Would definitely recommend. Stephen and Suzy

Fantastic Asian food. Thats it. Go get it. Large portions of chicken or meat, ingredients in each portion. Tasty.

It’s an unassuming restaurant. We’re from Canada and were not expecting much, but the food was fast, fresh, large portions and really good! My wife had a Great Pad Thai! Perhaps one of the best we’ve had. The Chicken Fried rice was also very good. We highly recommend trying it!

The Mauretania Bar

06/08/2026: What friendly people and such an authentic bar!
24/07/2026: Great place to relax and have a drink. We perhaps made a wrong choice of Irish Coffee - not a fan, but don’t think that’s about this bar in particular. Having said that, great staff and service who went the extra mile to get us our order. Decent seating space inside and a patio outside where people relaxed. If you have a car, then you can park along the street. Definitely recommended.
