Normal everyday food at average prices, could go with coleslaw, salad or crisps on the plate with roll etc Need to have the salad etc on display as impossible to guess what they have without seeing it No menus on table and have to order and pay before you sit down Super friendly and chatty staff who had a good laugh about me saying about all the Manchester United stuff Wouldn't rush back but it's grand if you wanted ordinary food

Hidden gem, great cafe. Kid friendly and staff are brilliant. Jim is very good with small children. Usually go here with my family after a swim in Shoreline on a Sunday. Don't know what happened today, whether or not there is a different chef on mid week or there is a new chef in general but the food was awful. Went on a Monday as kids were on mid term. Really disappointing everything we ordered was night and day to what we would usually eat here. The chips normally have a seasoning, omelette was greasy, French toast was doughy. Even the coffee was terrible. Very Strange

17/06/2025: Nice hotel in a great location. Quick access to Dublin with the Dart. Great value for money!
16/06/2025: The apartment has a combined living room and kitchen and an extra bedroom. Perfect for self-catering families. However, the restaurant is so good that we prefer to eat there. The apartments are not directly adjacent to the restaurant, but rather far back on the property. Easily accessible via a separate elevator. It's a shame we're only here for two days.

Located in the heart of Bray, it offers an elegant and refined, yet warm and welcoming environment. The menu is varied and well structured, with dishes that combine classic and modern flavours, prepared with high quality ingredients. Each course was delicious, well presented and served with great attention. The staff are friendly, professional and always available to recommend the right dish or a good pairing with wine. The relaxed atmosphere makes The Wild Goose perfect for a romantic dinner, a lunch with friends or a special evening. A restaurant that is definitely worth a try if you are in Bray. We will definitely be back!
