Always a pleasure. Fab freshly baked cakes , breads, meat and salads selection. Sit upstairs nice and cosy or outside when weather permits.

Bush Hotel

09/06/2026: Yep...it's 200 years old, and it shows its age. The staff are friendly and helpful, but this property is in need of significant renovations. My travel buddy suggested a wrecking ball and rebuild. It's beyond a good scrub, a lick of paint, and new mattresses. While I really appreciated the dry humour of the front desk staff, it was equally matched with the dryness of the scones served for breakfast.
06/06/2026: Central hotel with a convenient car park st the rear. Very helpful and kind staff. Food in restaurant was tasty and waiting staff were great.

17/03/2026: Just had a pint while waiting for company to arrive. There was a function on upstairs but it didnt affect the over atmosphere
