Cogans in Miltown malbay

This restaurant was our choice of place for a retirement party on a cold December evening recently. As we entered the premises we were met by a roaring fire and greeted warmly by Tony and waitress Claire. The food was delicious and caters for special dietary requirements if necessary. The portions were very generous and great value for money. The service was attentive and there was no long delays between courses. I highly recommend Cogan's Bar to anyone looking for a quality meal in a relaxing cosy atmosphere.

Everything is great! Portion sizes are very generous and the price is justified. Would come again.

This place is a must visit for food when in the town. The staff and owner/barman are relaxed and friendly with an attitude which is rare in the restaurant business (friendly) .. the food is second to none I had the hake special husband had the steak sandwich also wonderful. Well seasoned and cooked to perfection... I forgot to take a pic of the food ... I got too excited ....The relaxed welcoming and friendly inviting feeling cannot be replicated anywhere else... We will be back possibly on the Sunday (two days from now) on our way home 😁😁😁😁. Great value for money you won't regret visiting ...
