Colleen Bawn Restaurant in Killarney

23/09/2024: Our group of eight stopped in on a Monday evening and was able to find a table in the back of the pub. My wife and I were not extremely hungry so we decided to split a meal. We chose the beef nachos with jalapeños, guacamole, and cheddar cheese. This is the first time we have ordered nachos in Ireland, so we don’t know if the tortilla chips normally come dusted with seasoning. We are used to having plain tortilla chips, so the extra seasoning was pretty unusual.

21/09/2024: A decent stop for dinner and a drink. Staff were great. Food was okay. Serves were big and came out quickly but was just okay. Didn’t blow me away, standard quickly cooked and quickly served food. It’s still a great place to consider for a meal, again, probably down to the staff. If you do decide to go to Laurels, try for a table in front room, rather than the restaurant at the back.
