We said we'd try Connie Doolans to hear Buster the singer. The owner was most welcoming and chatty, so that made a difference from the pub the day before. We found a nook where 9 of us could be together and had a great night. All punters were friendly.

Fantastic local pub!! The locals were so friendly and funny and treated my wife and I like family. We were only in town for the night, but will definitely be back on our next trip to Ireland. Slainte, lads!

Had a few pints here the other night. Epic Pub. The Guinness here is really of note. We went to 16 pubs in total on our five day trip and rated the Guinness in each, this rated the highest @9.7. the type of pint you dream about!

18/03/2025: The Rob Roy is So Much fun!! Great Bartenders, fun place and St. Patty's Day was a hell of a time! Plus it's in an absolutely gorgeous location, so you just can't lose! Also the owner is hilarious, such a fun person and knows wayy too much about the states by alphabet, just ask him 😁❣️😂! We'll miss this place and him!

The Wholey Ground

17/05/2025: Great coffee each day, good beer and pizza from Thursday to Sunday. The staff are friendly and the music and atmosphere is always great. Best Coffee and Pizza spot in Cobh.
11/03/2025: Best vegan pizza I’ve ever had! I would 10000% recommend The Wholey Ground to everyone but especially vegans looking for a really good vegan pizza with really great ingredients. The lads were all so friendly and the service was excellent! Can’t fault it!
