Great variety available on the Sunday lunch menu. Starters, mains and desserts all available. I opted for the beef burger and the vanilla cheesecake, both of which were delicious. Staff were attentive and friendly. I would recommend reserving a table in advance, especially at the weekend, as we were lucky to get a table.

Very pleasant dining experience. Not very busy, plenty of staff on duty and service was good. No starters, 3 mains and 2 desserts. Very tasty, well presented dishes. Himself was disappointed that the mushy peas he'd loved before were more a pea puree this time. His fish was good though. There is easy access to the carpark through doors to the side of the bar. Handy if you parked there.

20/02/2024: Possibly the best pint of Stout in Cork city but at a heavy price. Almost €6.50 dictates only one pint before moving on ... But what a pint!
05/02/2024: Visited 4th February Could be a good pub but seems to have gone downhill big time. Out of Guinness, Murphy’s and beamish by 10pm on a bank holiday Sunday is mad considering the place was half empty. Staff couldn’t give a price for rounds before paying then when we queried a difference turns out there were seemingly different prices for paying with card and cash which I actually wouldn’t have a problem with if this was communicated/advertised. I’m passionate about supporting Irish pubs but this place needs someone to breathe new life into it. Big upstairs place closed off could be put to better use, a bit of music on a bank holiday night maybe?

Brick Lane

01/04/2024: The bottomless brunch was amazing!!! The staff are super nice, and the food was great. Definitely give it a try
29/03/2024: The waitresses were very friendly and gave us good advice. Our cider was also incredibly good and filled to the brim. However, the food was a disaster. The fries were cold. We communicated this directly and received it. The ribs varied in temperature and so did the chicken tenders. Everything seemed reheated and not fresh. The ambience was appropriate and fine for a pub. For drinks I can recommend Brick Lane. If you want to eat here you should avoid Brick Lane.
