The food was lovely. The curry is super but the stake burger won't let you down.

We had a visit to Corley's Restaurant very recently. We were very impressed with the friendly staff and the food was to a very high standard. I had the Seabass with Asparagus on a bed of Potatoes au Gratin. It was really delicious. My husband had the Roast Beef and was very impressed with the quality of the beef. I would highly recommend a visit to Corley's

This is a wonderful place. Hugh and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious, and the Guinness is great too. I have eaten here on numerous occasions, and it’s always first class. The scones and homemade bread are incredible. Make sure you book to avoid disappointment!

I've known the pub for decades. I was there with my son two years ago. We'll be back again this year on 12 June. Best regards Christian Konrad

Some of the best service I’ve ever received in rural Ireland from a charismatic crew of staff. From their selection of home made breads, pastries and cakes to their delicious a la carte menu, you’ll be satiated and will want to return again. Also, make sure there’s a designated driver as the Guinness is some of the best in Connaught

An amazing experience! I can’t say enough good things about Corley’s Bar. The food was insanely good — every bite was packed with flavor, the lamb is highly recommended. The vibe was relaxed but still felt special, and the staff made us feel totally taken care of. Honestly, one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Ireland. Well done for the whole team! You are all amazing!

11/07/2025: Service in bar was very poor but the accommodation and restaurant service was good
11/06/2025: Well hot dang, if you’re cruisin’ through the west of Ireland and skip this gem, you’re missin’ out big time. We rolled up to this place after a long day exploring, and let me tell you—the view over Clew Bay is somethin’ else. Picture postcard kinda pretty. We snagged a seat by the window and just soaked in that wild Atlantic beauty with a pint in hand. Now the staff? Top-notch. These folks know their stuff when it comes to the local area. Ask ‘em anything—from the history of the islands to the best hidden hikes—and they’ll give you the whole rundown with a smile and a story or two. Food? Lord have mercy. This ain’t your run-of-the-mill tourist trap grub. We’re talkin’ fresh, home-cooked meals that taste like your Irish granny finally gave up her secret recipes. Every bite was a hug from the kitchen. Don’t skip the Reuben—it’s a flavor-packed masterpiece. And speaking of Reubens—turns out Joey was right (and boy, he’ll remind ya). It did come from New York, not Chicago like I swore up and down. Guess I owe him a pint and a public apology. Here it is, buddy. You win this round. In short: stunning views, warm-hearted folks, food that hits you right in the soul. Don’t think twice. Go.
