Costa Coffee Wexford Retail Park in Wexford

Lovely coffee and cakes... staff are excellent!!

I visit Costa Wexford Retail Park almost every Saturday for my usual cappuccino and some quiet time. Unfortunately, I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience. Every single time I’m served a cappuccino without any latte art, while I notice the same barista making beautiful designs for every other customer around me. After several visits, it’s hard not to feel that I’m being treated differently. It feels disrespectful and even like a form of indirect racism or bias. No customer should ever be made to feel that way. I hope the management seriously looks into this, provides proper staff training, and ensures that all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

Staff are very friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere and good banter. Coffee is always made lovely

I don't particularly like their coffee.
